Pankaj began his skating journey at the age of 14, driven by a passion for the sport and a relentless desire to improve. Over the years, he has trained with some of the world’s top skating coaches, refining his technique and developing a deep understanding of high-performance training.
His dedication and hard work have earned him over 100 gold medals at the district, state, national, and international levels, establishing him as a national champion and a six-time member of the Indian skating team.
With 16+ years of experience, Pankaj now applies his expertise to Young Leaders Skating Club, where he is committed to shaping the next generation of skating champions through structured training programs and world-class coaching.
During his 16 years of career Pankaj achieved many miles stones that bring him to be part of the Indian team 6 times. He represented India in the following events:

Camila
Camila is a dedicated and passionate inline speed skater from Colombia, with a strong competitive background and a deep love for coaching. Her journey began on the track, where she trained and competed at a national level — earning more than 100 medals while racing across Colombia and proudly representing her club in top-tier competitions.
Over time, Camila transitioned into coaching, where she found true joy in teaching kids the fundamentals of skating and helping them grow into senior-level athletes. She specializes in developing beginners into confident, competitive skaters — with discipline, technique, and passion at the core of her approach.
